Fred Coura
Specialties and coaching options, laid out to make the next step clear.
- My contribution
- Art direction, information architecture and development.
- Delivery
- A professional website introducing the training approach and comparing coaching options.

the starting point
How do you bring running, strength training and coaching options together?
I brought Fred’s work as a personal trainer and running coach together in one introduction. General fitness, training for older adults and running each have a dedicated section.
After introducing his specialties, I laid out the training approach: assessment, a training plan and ongoing follow-up with adjustments. Visitors can see both what Fred offers and how the coaching works.

01 · structure and interaction
Compare the options. Find the right fit.
I placed in-person and online coaching side by side, each with its own photograph, heading and practical details. Visitors can compare both options in the same section.
Each contact link is tied to the coaching option beside it, so that choice carries through to the conversation.
02 · composition and journey
A strong first impression. Room for the details.
I paired the condensed heading with a portrait of the coach. Large type gives the opening its presence, while smaller labels and body copy make room for the details.
On phones, I brought those elements into one column. The layout retains the opening’s contrast while leaving room to explain the specialties, training approach and coaching options.
